These Terms & Conditions govern access to and use of the site monqestra.com (the "Site"), operated by Monqestra S.A.S., Tax ID (CUIT) 30-71789254-3, with address at Av. Corrientes 1864, Floor 8, Office B (C1045AAN), Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, Argentina.
1. Purpose
The Site provides information about Monqestra's activity as a platform oriented to real estate crowdlending in Argentina. The information published does not constitute a public offering, financial, accounting or legal advice, or a personalised investment recommendation.
2. Acceptance
Accessing and browsing the Site implies full acceptance of these Terms. If you do not agree with any of them, you must refrain from using the Site.
3. Permitted use
You agree to use the Site in accordance with the law, morality and public order, refraining from any conduct that may damage, disable, overburden or impair the normal functioning of the Site or violate the rights of third parties.
4. Intellectual property
The Site's contents (texts, graphics, logos, trademarks, design) are owned by Monqestra or their respective owners and are protected by Argentine laws and international treaties. Their total or partial reproduction without express authorisation is prohibited.
5. Investment risks
Investments in real estate projects involve risks, including the possibility of partial or total loss of the capital invested. Estimated returns are not guarantees. Before investing, read the information for each project and, if you consider it necessary, consult an independent professional adviser.
6. Anti-money-laundering
Monqestra complies with Argentine regulations on the prevention of money laundering and terrorism financing (Law No. 25,246 and amendments, and UIF regulations). We may request additional documentation for these purposes.
7. Limitation of liability
Monqestra will not be liable for indirect damages, loss of profit, loss of opportunity or any other damage arising from the use or impossibility of use of the Site, except for duly accredited wilful misconduct or gross negligence.
8. Modifications
Monqestra may modify these Terms at any time. The current version is published on this page along with its update date.
9. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic. Any dispute will be submitted to the Ordinary Courts of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, with express waiver of any other forum or jurisdiction that may apply.
