At Monqestra S.A.S. ("Monqestra", "we") we are committed to protecting the personal data of those who interact with our platform. This Policy describes which data we collect, for what purpose, on which legal basis and what your rights are, in compliance with Argentine Law No. 25,326 on Personal Data Protection and related regulations.

2. Data we collect
We may collect identification data (first name, last name, email), contact data, site usage data (IP address, device identifiers, pages visited), and data provided voluntarily when subscribing to communications or filling out forms.
3. Purposes
We use your data to: (i) send you information about projects and platform updates when you have requested it; (ii) reply to enquiries; (iii) improve our services; (iv) comply with legal obligations and fraud prevention.
4. Legal basis
We process your data based on your free, express and informed consent, the performance of pre-contractual or contractual relationships, compliance with legal obligations, and the legitimate interest of Monqestra duly balanced.
5. Sharing with third parties
We do not sell personal data. We may share information with technology providers that supply services under confidentiality agreements (hosting, analytics, email delivery) and with authorities when required by law.
6. Retention
We retain data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described and, afterwards, for the applicable legal periods (including those required by tax and anti-money-laundering regulations).

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, updating, deletion and objection at any time by writing to privacidad@monqestra.com. The Agency for Access to Public Information (AAIP) is the supervisory authority for personal data protection in Argentina.
8. International transfers
Some of our providers may be located outside Argentina. In those cases, we guarantee an adequate level of protection through contractual clauses or safeguards equivalent to those required by Law No. 25,326.

This Policy may be updated to reflect legal or service changes. We will publish the current version on this page, indicating the date of the last update.
